The bartender was beyond courteous, plus really pretty too

It's a really nice place to chill and hang out with your friends on Thursday for a dollar beer 😱😱. You can find different ages there but in my opinion normally ppl in their middle twenties and their thirds go there or even last year UGA students. It's also a place to hear a lot of Portuguese (on Thursdays especially) from Brazilians, also other international students also go there but the best crew is the Brazilians one (of course I'm one).

One of the best spots downtown for pregame and full TV experience. Huge downstairs 360•bar with tall ceilings, 2nd floor with full bar and different funkier music. Looks like it could be a dance club late night. Definitely worth stopping into this pregame spot!!! GO DAWGS!!! 🏈🏈🏈

Kinda feels like a sports bar, but not.

The c u next tues. manger LOST MY CC, and proceeded to tell me I was the one with a problem! I said, yes I have a problem with you losing my cc! DO NOT GO HERE! SHE DOESN’T DESERVE A STAR!

I walked the strand looking for a bar that had an excellent Bourbon, many had at least Knob Creek, Cutter's Pub has Bookers. The price was under $10. Service was quick and friendly. The place looks great.

Came in on a Thurs. Service is consistently above par. It has a good atmosphere. Ambience is similar to Fresno's scene.

This might be the best bar in Athens.

Upstairs bar is nice and quiet. At first I was worried with only one bartender, but he knew what he was doing. Impressive to say the least. New favorite bar in Athens for sure.

Good dart spaces and an attentive staff!

Cutters is undergoing renovations and the back of the bar is a open construction zone. Darts and foos ball tables are tucked away in the back of the bar in what can only be described as a basement like setting. Up front the bartenders blast tunes from Pandora (blend of 80's yacht rock, with modern alt. rock and ska) during our visit. Over all the bar is okay if not simply average. $4 well drinks.

Fist time going there and it was awesome 😎 the atmosphere with all the crowds was a little headache but it was still a great place...! And I must say my Bartender Kelly was 💯terrific she stayed on point with all my drinks and with all the craziness 😊😊😊 I helped to keep the area I was at the bar cleaned ups... Again KELLY amazing 💯❤️

Great atmosphere and great times

We stopped by looking for a place to watch EPL. Super friendly staff. Wide variety of drinks. No food, but you can bring in from outside

Service so bad it was comical.

So I know this is a pub in a collage town. I’m not expecting anything but alcohol. I ordered two shots & a cocktail... guy with the pony tail & glasses measured one shot, put in shaker, chilled & poured into two shot glasses 😒😒 Has an upstairs with darts overall has a good/chill feel but watch the bartenders. They do NOT deliver....

Awesome staff, and they've got great taste in music (or great taste in Pandora channels, but still). Pool tables, darts, games galore, and even when it's crowded it doesn't feel that way.

Cutters used to be a dirty hole in the wall, but in the last year, they got a major glow up when they took in the building next door and built a casino style elliptical bar in the center of the room. Definitely a big upgrade, and a better place to chill.

Supposedly an Irish Pub, but they have no clue how to properly pour a Guinness! Guinness served to me 30 seconds after ordering with laser thin head and no bubbling through the beer, and then the bartender proceeded to lecture me on his Guinness pouring "credentials" #NotMyIreland
